In 1997, a small group of whole-hearted healthcare practitioners at Ruttonjee Hospital started the biennial Echo Hong Kong Conference. With more than a decade, they are rightly taken pride in their achievements and many unforgettable challenges they have overcome.

Echocardiography offers a non-invasive, safe and in expensive means to provide clinicians with real time, quality and functional diagnoses of cardiovascular disorders almost anytime, anywhere. Echo Hong Kong Conference focuses on the application of echocardiography in preventing and diagnosing cardiovascular diseases.

Objectives of Echo Hong Kong Conference are as follows:

• Foster a quality but also cost-effective healthcare service by enhancing the professionalism of healthcare practitioners with latest knowledge, technology and insights in echocardiography.
